Industrial Magnetron Tubes

The most common vacuum tube to be available in your industrial application is a magnetron – which is found inside your machine. Every electrical / man made product can be obsolete, stop functioning or needs repair at some point of their role-play. They wear out every 2000-8000 hours of operation and needs a replacement. Since its longevity is very different and varies widely, you can choose different magnetrons as per your requirements.

Since its an important component in the microwave system, NexgenHV tunes and fixes them accordingly using the high power circulators. All the spare parts and systems provided by us are of extreme high quality which ensures long running of your magnetrons.

The magnetrons which requires servicing then there are the rebuilt tubes available.  A valid core can be changed only if, Anode vane damage is there, Anode water flow, output ceramic is not impacted, input ceramic is not impacted by ARC events, output and input seal rings are not damaged and also Input and/or output anode straps are not damaged. If you arent sure about the above valid core, then its better to contact the support team and get the professional opinion.

Replacement

Replacement procedure of the magnetron tube is fairly easy and can be done by yourself if its not in a bad condition, but there is serious wear and tear then professional help is advised. We highly recommend to speak to the support team to ensure all the safety precautions are there.

1. De energize all the system
2. All the storage circuits have no power
3. Disconnect connectors, power lines, water lines
4. Lift the tube up
5. Remove the upper pull piece
6. Install the new magnetron

Reverse, the process of plugging all the lines again and charging the system. And, there you go!
